Meet Tamara Polvogt
Years of training teachers, coaching and mentoring others, and advising/overseeing people distinguish Tamara as a leader.
Her experiences in education include curriculum development, including assisting the Texas Education Agency, reviving a charter school to become an elite classical charter school, serving as an elementary school principal at several schools including Second Baptist School, and working as a middle school principal in Colorado. Tamara has developed team building activites, consulted teams in conflict-resolution, coached couples, and inspired young adults to determine their purpose and develop a way to reach their potential.
Tamara received a Masters of Science in Educational Administration from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, and a College Access Counseling Certificate from Rice University. She has also been Birkman-certified for over 8 years. Her most recent training is in the Townsend Leadership Program.
